Selfords Select Unclaimed

I purchased an Audi Q7 in Nov 2014 and has only had 7 days of use.The vehicle is parked at Audi Somerset West and Selfords refuses to repair or refund me. It's 7 months with no success in any form of communication. If there is anyone out there who wishes to listen to my story fell free to contact me , I will forward you my story .I firmly believe that God will get me out of this scrupulous deal with Selfords select Strand Western Cape.
