I am a business person and basic understanding of how to manager a unit and how to maintain best hygiene and keep staff and patients happy is what I would expect this business to stand for. You have a new nurse who has changed everything here and unfortunately she is not making this better but rather worse for patients and and staff. If people come into shifts at different times it is impossible to have everyone wait till we all get off to clean the machines and the add everyone on st the same time. All you have managed to do is alienate patients and have them have annomisity towards the nurses because they see empty beds and staff standing around not doing anything. This is Kempton dialysis. I expect this matter to be addressed or patients to be informed correctly of new procedures. This is totally unacceptable. Fix it. We pay money and need a better service from management. The nurse who has come in here to change things is called faith.
